Middle East Christian Outreach was formed in 1976 through
the merger of the Arabic Literature Mission, Lebanon Evangelical
Mission and Middle East General Mission. Our service in the Middle
East stretches as far back as 1860. We aim to be culturally sensitive,
prepared to learn language, determined to stay around for the
long term, flexible, willing to work in teams and to share and
model the love of Christ. Our ministry is to encourage and enable
Middle Eastern churches in effective local and cross-cultural
mission through:

- Building Partnerships
- Training and Development
- Fostering Church Planting
- Support and Service
MECO currently has teams and individuals in Egypt, Jordan,
Lebanon, Iraq, Cyprus, Turkey, United Arab Emirates and Yemen.
